Why I Started
Ingenuity Unlimited

After years of working in education, adult services, supported employment, transition programming, and leadership roles, I saw the same gaps again and again.

Organizations wanted to be accessible and supportive but did not always know where to start. Employers needed practical guidance around accommodations, communication, disability-related challenges, employee support, and accessible service delivery. Employees needed support that respected their strengths, needs, goals, and voice. Clients and customers needed spaces, services, and interactions that were easier to access, understand, and navigate.

Too often, support was limited by rigid systems instead of shaped around real people, real workplaces, and real business needs.

I started Ingenuity Unlimited LLC to help fill those gaps.

The name reflects the heart of the work: creative, individualized, flexible support with no single path to success. Ingenuity Unlimited helps organizations move beyond simply checking a box and toward building accessibility into the way they work, communicate, lead, and serve.
