What is Ingenuity Unlimited?
Ingenuity Unlimited launched in February 2024. Drawing on over 18 years of experience in Special Education and related fields and over 12 years of experience in hiring and retaining employees with disabilities.
I promote an unrestricted approach to success. I use collaboration and creativity to build personalized plans and am focused on building communities based on inclusion and success.
What I Believe
I believe in owning, understanding, and embracing every quirk, diagnosis, and difference that makes you unique.
It can take time and effort to get to this point, but when you do, your world opens and you realize that so many people identify with you, and before you know it, you've built a stronger community.
I believe in working collaboratively.
Sometimes, it takes ingenuity to maximize potential. I think outside the box and use creativity to find solutions that offer success for all involved.
